Tech star effect

This Photoshop tutorial will show you how to make cool abstract effect called Tech star...

1) Make a 400x400 document. Now press "D" on your keyboard to reset the foreground and background colors to black and white. Fill the background with Black.

2) Now select the Custom Shape Tool from the toolbar:

Now go up to the top horizontal menu and click Set Shape and select the starburst shape:

Hold Shift when making the starburst. Draw it in the middle like so:

3) Aight now, go to filter>blur>radial blur and use the following settings:

4) Apply chrome (Filter>Sketch>Chrome) and follow these settings:

5) Duplicate the layer (right click the layer "Duplicate Layer"). Set the blending mode as Multiply:
