Hello and welcome in making a wave digital fusssion wallpaper. it will be a very fast one. first you got to do here is to understand the technique and tool usage.

Create a new layer, because you'd better leave the background empty.

We will be filling the layer area with gradients, so pick a gradient. I've decided to use a dark blue to dark red, and in the middle we have some white too.
